Katsutoshi Yuasa was born in Tokyo in 1978 and he graduated from Musashino Art University, Tokyo in 2002 and received MA Fine Art Printmaking from Royal College of Art, London in 2005. Since then, he participated in famed artists in residences around the world. Yuasa’s work is in numerous public collections including Cleveland Museum of Art, China Printmaking Museum, Laing Art Museum, New York Public Library,Victoria & Albert Museum. Currently he lives and works in Tokyo and he is a lecturer at Tama Art University.
1978年東京生まれ。2002年、武蔵野美術大学造形学部油絵学科卒業後、渡英。2005年、ロイヤルカレッジオブアート大学院修士課程版画学科修了。大学院修了後は世界各国15ヶ所以上のアーティストインレジデンスに参加し作品制作を行う。主なパブリックコレクションとしてLaing Art Gallery（英国）、New York Public Library（米国）、Victoria&Albert Museum（英国）など。現在、東京在住、多摩美術大学非常勤講師。
